30-DAY CANCELLATION RIGHT

30-DAY CANCELLATION RIGHT. A member may cancel this Membership Agreement within the first thirty (30) days of the membership commencement date by providing written notice to Hell’s Kitchen Golf Club via email to the General Manager at Rich@Hellskitchenpickleball.com. Upon timely cancellation, the member shall be entitled to a refund of eleven-twelfths (11/12) of the initiation fee paid. The refund of membership dues upon timely cancellation is determined by the member’s selected payment terms as follows: (1) Annual (Paid in Full): If the member has paid the full annual dues upfront and in full, the member shall also be entitled to a refund of eleven-twelfths (11/12) of the annual dues paid. If the member does not cancel within the 30-day period, the member shall be committed to and responsible for the full one (1) year membership term and all associated fees.
